Make a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint against a member of the AKA, please fill out the complaints form below. Complaint forms must be fully completed and signed in order for the AKA to take action. A copy of the complaint will be given to the complainee involved.

Please note:

The AKA cannot and will not be involved in civil and legal matters that need to be resolved by appropriate court action.
Only documented complaints will be accepted. Verbal complaints cannot be actioned.
