Biography:

In 1995 I began studying Kinesiology. I gained my Diploma and Advanced of Health Science in Holistic Kinesiology at the Kinesiology College for Energetic Sciences in Melbourne, where I was a lecturer in the certificate IV, sport Kinesiology and general Kinesiology diploma for 15 years.

I have a private practice in Melbourne. My Kinesiology practice includes working with people with learning difficulties, musculoskeletal problems, confidence, self esteem, stress and general health and well being issues.

I initially trained as a Division 1 nurse, specializing in Spinal Cord Injuries nursing. I have 30 years experience in teaching and nursing spinal cord injured individuals.In addition I have an Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology, Graduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine).

I am a Supervisor / Mentor assisting colleagues to develop their Kinesiology skills as well assist them to integrate anatomical, physiological and health conditions into their professional Kinesiology practice.
I offer individual and group mentoring sessions. The cost of an individual session is $100 per hour and for groups it is dependent on numbers and duration.
