My aim is to provide simplified solutions to assist you with good health and wellness. Improving your ability to recuperate and achieve long term healing. Since having my son I have found a new appreciation for health and nutrional needs of our children. My passion for healthy children has seen me develop assistance for many women to have healthy pregnancies and to be able to adjust to life as a parent.

I am an experienced practitioner dedicated to achieving the most appropriate treatment for your needs. With my 25 years experience in the Natural Medicine industry I have worked with many people with various illnesses. Combining Naturopathy, Kinesiology, Homeopathics and Pilates enables the client to recuperate in many facets of their life including physically, emotionally and mentally. You will find it easier to achieve and maintain changes in your life.

I have trained in many Kinesiology modalites such as Three in One, Touch for Health, Neuro-Training, Brain Gym Faciliator and Instructor, Professional Kinesiology Practitioner (PKP) and written my own workshop incorporating the Chakra System.
