Biography:

When you hit an obstacle in life, be it the anxiety preventing you from moving forward or feeling flat or confused when facing a challenge, I assist you with breaking through and getting back into flow by embracing your emotions and learning more about who you are in this world.

All this is important work to essentially define your identity and encourage true authenticity. Letting go of the baggage holding you back and allowing, rather than controlling, you can gently navigate your way to being ok with you.

I currently work with adults, children and adolescents in the following areas:
– Self-development and growth
– Anxiety and emotional blocks
– Grief, loss and the pain of dealing with terminal illness
– Trauma
