Biography:

My favourite clients are looking for postural improvements, coordination or have muscles affected by old injuries. I am a muscle activation specialist, I use kinesiology in my work in allied health as a specialised exercise trainer, to increase sport performance, reduce pain and improve functional movements.
I am moving towards doing research to validate and provide proof for the great results found through kinesiology.
