Biography:

I began my kinesiology journey with Touch For Health way back in the mid 80’s. I had begun working with students with learning challenges and wanted a way to support them that they were not getting from their school education.
As a qualified teacher I wanted to be able to help.
That first Touch For Health workshop was followed by a Brain Gym workshop and has continued on.
I highly value the tools I have studied and practiced and continue to maintain my accreditation for private practice even though most of the work I carry out is provided to my students within the education system.
These days, following the successful completing of a Masters Degree in Special Education in 2014, specializing in Deaf Education, I work with Deaf Children in mainstream schools in the Newcastle Area. I love my role, my students and use every opportunity I can to share my skills and knowledge.
I married in December 2017, my loving partner Ken following 10 years together and we enjoy travelling, walking with our German Shepherd Arty and catching up with our six children every chance we can.
