PRACTITIONER INFORMATION

Biography:

I work holistically, from a strong biopsychosocial framework, drawing on a range of modalities to better support the people who come to see me.

I’m a Registered Counsellor, Myotherapist, Remedial Therapist, Life Coach and Kinesiologist (TFH, NLK, BFK), with over 20 years of holding transformational space for clients. I’m also a qualified adult trainer, and I teach Touch for Health Synthesis alongside two practitioner-level certifications — BioFrequency Kinesiology which is IICT accredited and Neurolinguistic Kinesiology, which is AKA accredited.
I’m a mother of three, including extremely premature twins who are now grown humans — an experience that shapes how I sit with families navigating uncertainty.

When working with children I have a special interest in autism, ADHD, anxiety, eating disorders and suicidal ideation.

With adults, I’m drawn to grief, life transitions, depression and anxiety, and the limiting patterns and beliefs that quietly hold people back.

Whoever you are, you’ll be held in a safe, non-judgemental space — the conditions in which the magic of healing can occur.
