Biography:

Rachel has completed a degree in Social Work. She has over twenty years’ experience providing counselling in a diverse range of settings, including eating disorders, child and adolescent mental health, parenting support, cardiac rehabilitation and alcohol and other drugs, Rachel has a vast understanding of mental health conditions, trauma responses and experience with a wide range of therapies to support people in moving towards health, wellness and reconnecting with self.

Rachel holds a strong interest in energy medicine and believes this is a powerful way to support people to heal and reconnect to their own divine wisdom, medicine and gifts.  Combining her counselling skills with a Cert IV in Energy Kinesiology ignited a new passion in holding space for people to tune into the power that resides from meeting their whole self with acceptance and compassion – because from this space beautiful healing and expansion occurs.

Rachel offers Kinesiology balances in person at Mardi and Kincumber (Central Coast NSW) and online.
